Huckabee and Copeland

Frank Lockwood has an important article on his blog about Mike Huckabee’s scheduled nationally televised meeting Kenneth Copeland. Well reported with disturbing detail. Whenever Copeland sits down with someone watch out! The best word, however, comes from Assembly of God general superintendent George O. Wood, who says his family never bought into this “Las Vegas slot machine of Christian stewardship,” :

“My mother always used to say to me, ‘Son, when we stand before Jesus, he will not ask us if we’ve been successful. He’ll ask us if we’ve been faithful.’”

If Huckabee has the Evangelical vote next year, and Copeland is the man influencing the purse strings,  God help us all.
